Meet Violet — a one-of-a-kind armored dragon hatchling, hand-fitted with a custom scalemaille chest piece handwoven by Lady Maillerie herself. Her armor is crafted from anodized aluminum scales in a shimmering mix of blue, gold, and pink, secured with a delicate silver chainmaille clasp at the back. Every scale was placed by hand, ring by ring, the same way every piece in the studio is made.

She currently watches over the Lady Maillerie booth at the Great Lakes Medieval Faire — and she is ready to go home with her person.
